Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in the immediate suspension of the account and may lead to the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access h5agent's full range of gaming and betting services, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply across all h5agent promotions include:

6. Prohibited Conduct

In using the h5agent Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities:

8. Limitation of Liability
